SECURITY POLICY

SHIPPING METHODS & COST
DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA (MY)
Domestic shipping is FREE over RM200, otherwise it is RM6 (East Malaysia) & RM8 (West Malaysia).
COST & EXPECTED ARRIVAL
Standard -
East Malaysia: RM6, 3 - 5 Business Days
West Malaysia: RM8, 5 - 7 Business Days
Express -
Applicable for Klang Valley, MY Monday-Friday, before 5PM: RM20, Same Day Delivery.
Orders received on Friday, after 5PM and on the weekends will be fulfilled on Monday.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The shipping fee is calculated automatically at the checkout page after you have chosen the country for delivery. International orders typically arrive between 7 to 10 working days.
We offer FREE standard shipping on orders that meet the following criteria:
Saudi Arabia within 7-10 business days — Free on orders above SAR600, orders under SAR600 will be charged SAR75
Bahrain within 7-10 business days — Free on orders above BHD60, orders under BHD60 will be charged BHD8
Qatar within 7-10 business days — Free on orders above QAR700, orders under QAR700 will be charged QAR72
UAE within 7-10 business days — Free on orders above SAR600, orders under SAR600 will be charged SAR75
Israel within 7-10 business days — Free on orders above ILS350, orders under ILS350 will be charged ILS50
Turkey within 7-10 business days — Free on orders above TRY1,500, orders under TRY1,500 will be charged TRY200
Australia within 7-10 business days — Free on orders above AUD200, orders under AUD200 will be charged AUD25
Europe within 7-10 business days— Free on orders above €50, orders under €50 will be charged €10
USA within 7-10 business days — Free on orders above USD200, orders under USD200 will be charged USD20
United Kingdom within 7-10 business days - Free on orders above GBP50, orders under GBP50 will be charged GBP10
Sweden within 7-10 business days - Free on orders above SEK500, order under SEK500 will be charged SEK125

SHIPPING TRACKING
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email.
It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact us at hello@themodestbrand.co so we can get you sorted.
REDIRECTING AN ORDER
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been processed. Sorry!

Select the items you would like to return.
A return notification will be sent to your email address.
Select your preferred method of return - drop off or schedule a pick up.

Please ensure that all 3 return proforma invoices are included in the return package. If your proforma invoices are missing, please reach out to our friendly TMB team for assistance at hello@themodestbrand.co.
Items must be returned to us unused with all TMB tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
PLEASE NOTE: if you request an item for exchange, your items are not guaranteed in stock and will only be reserved for you once your return items have been dropped off & scanned at your shipping carrier. We suggest dropping off your return ASAP to increase the likelihood that your requested exchange items are still in stock. If your requested items are no longer in stock, you will automatically receive store credit for your return.
RETURNS POLICY

For standard purchases, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 21 days of receiving your item(s). Items may only be exchanged once; if your exchange arrives and you are still unhappy with it, you may return it for a refund or credit within 21 days of arrival.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

TAX & DUTIES
To ensure a seamless shopping experience, all prices include the relevant import taxes and duties regardless of your shipping destination. Delivery charges, however, are excluded.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?
Domestic orders within MY typically ship within 1-2 business days and will arrive 3-5 business days after your order is placed for West Malaysia (WM) and 5 - 7 business days for East Malaysia (EM). For international orders, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your package to arrive. Once your order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with a link to track your order, and another email once it ships.

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND OR EXCHANGE TAKE TO PROCESS?
Once we receive your exchange or return, please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process it.

CAN I MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?
We can’t make any promises, but we’ll give it our best shot. Email us ASAP at hello@themodestbrand.co for any changes regarding size, color, style, shipping address, or order cancellation. Unfortunately, we can’t add items to your order after it’s already been processed. However, you are free to place a new order.
All sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.

HOW DO DISCOUNT CODES WORK?
Only one discount code or promotion can be applied per order. Discount codes or promotions cannot be retroactively applied.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST WITHIN MY?
All domestic orders over RM200 now ship for free. Anything under that – it's just RM6 for West Malaysia and RM8 for East Malaysia. .

Our collections are designed in Malaysia and manufactured in China. We have a close relationship with all of our production partners to ensure they maintain safe working environments and provide liveable wages.
