REFUSED SHIPMENT We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get you sorted.

Exchanging or returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchase in the comfort of your own home and let us know straight away if you’d like a different size or a refund and we’ll collect from your home, work or an alternative address or you can opt to drop it off at your nearest drop off point.
You have 21 days from receiving your order to return/exchange your purchase. To initiate an exchange or return:
Log in to your TMB account.
Check your order history and click Return.
Select the items you would like to return.
A return notification will be sent to your email address.
Select your preferred method of return - drop off or schedule a pick up.

Items must be returned to us unused with all TMB tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
PLEASE NOTE: if you request an item for exchange, your items are not guaranteed in stock and will only be reserved for you once your return items have been dropped off & scanned at your shipping carrier. We suggest dropping off your return ASAP to increase the likelihood that your requested exchange items are still in stock. If your requested items are no longer in stock, you will automatically receive a refund for your return.
RETURNS POLICY If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any new, unworn items within 21 days of receiving your delivery (unless otherwise stated upon purchasing). For standard purchases, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 21 days of receiving your item(s). Items may only be exchanged once; if your exchange arrives and you are still unhappy with it, you may return it for a refund within 21 days of arrival.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
